Non-combustible ceramic facade screens – Kerashape

Klay supplies Agrob Buchtal’s Australian-certified Kerashape non-combustible ceramic facade screens, which create facade articulation and support architects in realising individual design concepts. Apart from their function as elements of modern architectural design, Kerashape ceramic blade screens also serve the practical purpose of providing sun protection.

Kerashape facade screens can be fixed horizontally or vertically and are available in lengths of up to 1,800 mm for square and rectangular sections and 1,200 mm for elliptical elements. Three-dimensional square, rectangular and elliptical tubular elements of varying dimensions capable of use in their own right can also be combined with 2D facade panels. Kerashape facades work in combination with Keratwin panels, which are also supplied by Klay Australia.

A high degree of creative freedom is ensured through the range of glazed silky matt and gloss colour options. In addition, the unglazed “natural” colour range offers hues perfectly suited to accompany masonry elements. The moulded components – glazed or unglazed – are available in numerous colours to allow tone-in-tone design as well as numerous possibilities for creating interesting visual accents in large areas.
