The PC polymer concrete 100 mm drainage channel from Allproof is a durable strip drain that has extremely low permeability and high chemical resistance.
It uses polymers to supplement cement as the binder material. This makes it an excellent choice for commercial projects; the polymer concrete channel provides a strong structure for the trench drain that can accommodate heavy commercial wheel loads (up to 8000 kg), classified as D in accordance to AS3996.
The channel comes with a 100 mm wide clear opening in depths of 75 mm, 125 mm, 175 mm and 225 mm, with joiner channels connecting the depths. Using the varying depths, the system can be run in lengths of 43 m, terminating at an inline sump. A reflection of the system can be run in the opposite direction, creating an infinite run length with a maximum of 76 m between sumps.
This adaptable trench drain system offers 12 grate options, including wedge wire, cast iron, pressed stainless, ladder and more. Grates have been load tested to AS3996. Heelproof grates are available, and the wedge wire has been slip-resistance tested to AS4586, achieving an R11 result, which makes it the perfect solution for pedestrian areas with high foot traffic.
