Wall system – InterHome

Siniat Interhome (Low-Rise) is a separating wall system suitable for adjoining residential dwellings such as duplexes or townhouses. It has been designed to satisfy the fire safety and sound insulation requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) for separating walls.

This system includes two proprietary metal components: the H-Stud and the Siniat Interhome Aluminium Clip. The Siniat Interhome Aluminium Clip is installed to support the central fire barrier, and must be used to maintain the fire performance of the system.

Siniat Interhome has a number of system options, making it easy to specify for architects and building designers. It's part of a complete system from Siniat, including plasterboard and compounds. When Intershield is used in the central fire barrier, its enhanced water and mould resistance capabilities can help to prevent interstitial mould onsite.

Siniat's mould-resistant Multishield is recommended for the lamination of the central fire barrier.

Features and benefits include:

  • Save time through a modular construction method.
  • Designed to be a superior solution over masonry, conventional double stud framed separating walls and other party wall systems.
  • Installation onsite is simple and safe for builders and contractors.
