Introducing Amy Woodroffe as acting editor of Artichoke

Amy Woodroffe has been appointed acting editor of Artichoke magazine.

Amy has worked abroad for many years, notably as part of the Kinfolk magazine team in Copenhagen, Denmark and Portland, Oregon. More recently she has been running her own creative agency, which she will continue to do alongside Artichoke. She has also written Norm Architects’ first monograph, Soft Minimal, and Stilleben’s 20th anniversary book, Every Day Still Life.

“Amy has extensive international experience in branding and design media – the next chapter of Artichoke will be in very capable hands,” said Katelin Butler, editorial director Architecture Media. “We look forward to seeing how Amy will direct the evolution of the magazine over the next 12 months.”

Cassie Hansen has signed off as editor of Artichoke for a period of extended leave and will return in 2024.
